Max & San House

Max & San House is an interior design and visualization project developed as part of a full residential renovation in Las Vegas, focused on the living room and outdoor terrace.

The design establishes a clear relationship between interior and exterior through large openings and continuous materiality. A warm palette of stone, wood, and neutral tones defines the spaces, supported by built-in elements such as shelving and fireplaces.

The living area is conceived for comfort and clarity, while the terrace extends this condition outdoors, supporting social use in direct connection with the landscape. Furniture and lighting follow a restrained and consistent approach.
