g3 studio is an architecture and digital production studio providing services in architectural design, interior design, BIM modeling, visualization, and technical documentation for clients in Colombia and abroad.

2. Confidentiality

The studio maintains strict confidentiality standards regarding information shared by its clients, including BIM models, technical documentation, designs, and project specifications.

3. Intellectual Property

The technical content produced by the studio —including models, drawings, visualizations, and documentation— remains protected under the studio's copyright unless otherwise agreed with the client.

4. Contractual Scope

Services are carried out under specific agreements with each client, in which scope, deliverables, fees, timelines, and conditions for the use of information are defined.

5. International Legal Framework

To facilitate collaboration with international clients, the studio operates through a legal structure that includes a Limited Liability Company (LLC) registered in the state of Florida, United States.

Privacy Policy

1. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

g3 studio collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable legislation in Colombia, including Law 1581 of 2012, and following international data protection principles used in the United States, including standards derived from the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and recognized commercial privacy practices.
