The intervention redefined a minimalist apartment in one of Laureles' newest buildings, with a warm and detailed approach. The design combined a functional bar and a seating area within a compact architectural gesture.

The material palette sought a balance between natural and subtle elements: light wood in the furniture, doors, and ceilings combined with gray veined marble surfaces. An open shelf and focused lighting created a welcoming atmosphere.

The furniture was designed around two concepts: a bar and a seating area arranged linearly and efficiently. The first included a small social area with armchairs and a low table, suitable for breaks or gatherings. The second featured a bar with stools that connected to the dining area, maintaining aesthetic coherence.

The result was a domestic space that conveys calm and warmth.
