This project was part of the renovation of a private residence located in the exclusive Summerlin neighborhood, southwest of Las Vegas. The intervention involved converting a secondary bedroom into the new master bathroom and dressing room.

Three existing windows overlooking a private garden were preserved, bringing natural light and greenery into the interior.

The furniture was arranged around a restored family antique sideboard, repurposed as the vanity with a cream marble countertop. A freestanding bathtub was placed facing the windows, strengthening the visual connection to the outdoors. The shower, enclosed by wooden lattice screens, provided privacy without interrupting spatial continuity.

A warm material palette —natural wood, stone, and neutral textiles —created a calm atmosphere where contemporary and traditional elements coexist in balance. The result is an intimate, light-filled space that combines functionality with a respectful connection to the surroundings.
