The project was part of a residential exhibition organized by a developer in Cundinamarca. The intervention included the full interior design of a small model apartment, aiming to showcase the spatial and aesthetic potential of the property to prospective buyers.

The proposal sought to create a bright, functional, and balanced environment. A light palette, natural materials, and simple-lined furniture were used to enhance the sense of space.

Accessible materials with natural-looking finishes were applied, such as light wood, neutral textiles, and faux marble surfaces in the kitchen and bathroom. Custom furniture was designed to optimize the space, including open shelves, beds with under-storage, and floating surfaces that added visual lightness.

The outcome showed that, with precise interior design decisions, a compact space can become flexible, welcoming, and practical.
